  1. Guide and control the implementation of the quality management system, with a view to its certification with authorized entities.
  2. Design and implement the company's internal control system.
  3. Prepare the company's quality manual.
  4. Represent the company in the National Standardization Office in relation to the Quality Management System.
  5. Attend to the implementation of the Quality Management System.
  6. Ensure that the Quality policy and objectives approved by the company's Management are met.
  7. Organize and control the internal audit plan of the Quality Management System.
  8. Control modifications and changes in QMS procedures and documents that require them.
  9. Guarantee the evaluation of the effectiveness of the processes and carry out the Quality Management System.
  10. Follow up on the QMS Continuous Improvement Plan and control compliance with the proposed preventive and corrective actions.
  11. Systematically update the Feedback System and inform the directors of the UINs about the level of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
