- Design and implement the company's internal control system.
- Prepare the company's quality manual.
- Represent the company in the National Standardization Office in relation to the Quality Management System.
- Attend to the implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure that the Quality policy and objectives approved by the company's Management are met.
- Organize and control the internal audit plan of the Quality Management System.
- Control modifications and changes in QMS procedures and documents that require them.
- Guarantee the evaluation of the effectiveness of the processes and carry out the Quality Management System.
- Follow up on the QMS Continuous Improvement Plan and control compliance with the proposed preventive and corrective actions.
- Systematically update the Feedback System and inform the directors of the UINs about the level of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
